JEREMY PHILLIPS

Growing up in Oakland, California, Jeremy Phillips brings over 16 years of experience working with the youth, graduating from California State University, East Bay with a B.S. degree in Recreation, and a concentration in Youth Development Programming. Jeremy is highly motivated with a proven record of generating and building relationships, supervising and managing projects from concept to completion, designing educational strategies, and coaching youth to success.

Certificate of Recognition

Jeremy Phillips has dedicated his life to helping youth and giving back. As a former troubled youth himself, he has a unique perspective on understanding and connecting with young people. Being seen as a mentor and role model for young people is an honor beyond his wildest dreams.

Wellness Coach Certificate

Jeremy chose to expand his education beyond his Bachelor of Science degree and pursued certification as a Wellness Coach II in California. In this role, he provides non-clinical support to children and youth, emphasizing early intervention and prevention services that focus on their mental and physical well-being. He works to bridge gaps in behavioral health services by offering wellness promotion, education, screening, care coordination, as well as individual and group support, along with crisis referrals.
